Success Plan

To increase student success and retention, we would like to track more than the student's academic and degree plan. Is there any way to upload a dynamic form or document to Populi that multiple users/advisors/counselors could view and edit?

As far as I can tell, the workaround for this is to create a custom field in Campus Life where you could upload a "Student Success Plan." However, this would require each advisor to download the document, change it, save it, and re-upload the document. Is there a more efficient way of accomplishing this?
