We are loving the new electronic forms! We have so many forms now that it is a little overwhelming to look at. It would be helpful when looking at the list of all the responses in one form to add a column for an open textbox to make notes or add some kind of tag.
We have forms like graduation application or add/drop and it would be helpful to add a column like "semester" or have an open textbox to add notes like "Need signature from Financial Aid Officer". This would save us some time from having to click and open each form to find these details.
