When a student submits their payment information to pay a transcript request fee, that payment is pending until the transcript request is fulfilled.
When the transcript request is fulfilled, the payment will be captured and processed by Stripe to be deposited into the school's account.
However, the staff member responsible for fulfilling the Transcript Request is not in the Finance Office. Is it possible to add an automation trigger to send a message to the person responsible for this task when a transcript request payment is completed? It would save them having to keep checking in with the finance office to see if the payment is completed.
