Questions Ticketing System for Current Students
Short Description:
Request to add a general-purpose questions ticketing system—similar to those in the Application and Financial Application tabs—for current students.
This widget would appear under the Home tab (next to "Groups and Links") and allow students to easily submit questions or support requests. Like the current 'questions' systems, it would improve visibility into student needs, streamline support tracking, and ensure timely responses. This would serve as a central hub for student inquiries that aren’t tied to a specific department.
For example, a student is looking to withdrawal but doesn't know the process and needs assistance. Usually the student might email a registrar or advisor. In this option, they could go to the home page, and open a question. The questions are tracked, assigned a staff to answer, and closed when completed.
