Create option to hide numeric grade

We use Canvas LMS and ask instructors to enter letter grades into Populi. These letter grades are translated using Populi's Grade Direct Equivalent and our students sometimes notice that the Populi numeric grade does not match Canvas. We don't want to sync numeric grades directly from Canvas into Populi and only want to use letter grades. Is it possible to add an option to hide the numeric grade from students on the Populi website?
