I am very new to forms. My test case is a course withdrawal form. The following should edit and submit their own sections: student, instructor, academic dean. Or, if the latter two edit the form as staff, the instructor of note needs still needs notification and access based on the student's selections. The form would always be available to students. A student would fill out his portion first, and submit it. He would select the term and the course number from existing fields in Populi. This would automatically populate the fields for course name and instructor name. When the student submits, the selected instructor would automatically receive a notification to fill out his section. When the instructor submits, the academic administrator role would receive a notification for its section. When the acad admin submits, the registrar (as top dog) would receive a notification to finish off the form and take actions in Populi. I'm just putting forth my conception how this could work. Perhaps there is a much better way. Thanks, Mark
