Library: Fulfill Hold

Can we get a button for "fulfilling" holds rather than just canceling them? Also, can there be a direct line from looking at a patron's hold to marking it as loaned to them? (This could be the same button.) I find it very frustrating that a patron can put a book on hold and then I still have to separately search the book to loan it to them.
