Show program/degree in directory, allow filtering by program/degree, etc.

Our student board is interested in making the student directory more useful for community building (we are fully remote). Based on their feedback, I think having easily accessible filters for program and degree, and perhaps a few others, such as current students only, etc., would make the directory much more useful to students.
