During audits, they often ask for us to have full files in the hundreds available for them on a short timeline. It would be helpful if a restricted role could pull a full student file with all the details related to their time with the school.
This would include attendance, transcripts, diplomas, finance, and financial aid.
Currently, the system is so fragmented that it makes these high stress situations even more cumbersome.
Bonus points if we could export in bulk.
