Automated To Do's

I posted how I believe our communication plans should be optimized for sequencing, and can be paused when someone responds to a communication plan. This almost brings the communication plan internally within populi, similar to inquiries, but in addition to, it would be nice if a communication plan could add a "to-do" to whoever is assigned. 

Example: 
If someone receives automated e-mail first day, on the second day it puts a to-do to phone call for followup on the advisors account, third day a follow-up email. 

This automation could also be great for once the student does something (i.e. form submission, application submission, failed payment) a to-do is automatically created to their advisor.
