I like to use the pages feature in my lessons. I will often create a new page that contains detailed information about a specific assignment that is listed on the main page of the lesson in order to keep the main page uncluttered. However, I have discovered that students cannot access subsequent pages in the lesson without first completing all required tasks on the main lesson page. It would be helpful if we as the instructor could choose to turn this feature on and off depending on how we prefer to structure our lessons.

Tom Aldrich I like to use the pages features to distinguish between class sessions (e.g. Monday/Wednesday). Please remove the lock that requires a subpage to be "completed" prior to opening the subsequent subpage.

Roy Kosin I think this is the same thing I am thinking would be a good idea: You can set the Availability of a Lesson but not a Page in that Lesson. You should also be able to set the Availability of each Page individually in a Lesson.

Brittany Kemlo I agree. We have had students struggling with the lessons. Professors want to structure their classes within a lesson for organization purposes, but then we found that students could not see all the assignments unless they opened each page of the lesson. The problem was that sometimes the professor provided the materials from the lesson in class and thus the students did not actually have a reason to open the lesson (it was just for the faculty member's benefit of organization) and did not know they were missing assignments! Having more flexibility with the availability of each page within a lesson would be helpful.

Roy Kosin Thanks for this improvement with "Pages."
I don't see an option on the "Pages" to set the Availability by "Date and Time" like you can do with "Lessons." Maybe I just don't see it in the change to "Availability" for "Pages."
Is this expected to be be done based on this request or should I submit another request? It seems like if you adding "Availability" functionally to "Pages" it should include the option of "Date and Time" (like Lessons has) and not just the functionality that I see you have added which is "When the lesson is available."
