Allowing linked questions to be added multiple times

We are wanting to use Populi's recent update in which degree fields are linked in conjunction with our application process. In it, we have multiple degrees that can be taken. However, we have to match the majors and minors (housed under specializations) with conditional fields. Currently, I can only add one linked degree declaration and one linked specialization. I see where having multiple could be a problem, but the goal is to set the application such that only one for each field would ever be visible using the conditional fields to hide the questions outside of specific circumstances. 

Basically: Is it possible to request that more than one linked field question can be added to applications to facilitate specific circumstances based on conditional fields? Like; linked question may be added twice IF AND ONLY IF there is a conditional field that would only allow one linked field present at a time.
