- Trying to pull a report to check compliance is nearly impossible. For example…make these fields available in the financial aid portion (I’m sure all schools would appreciate this):
- Grade Level report:
- Student ID
- Last, First name
- Cumulative Overall credits earned
- Student Level (from the aid application)
- Specialization department
- COA Clean up
- Student ID
- Last, First name
- Student’s COA
- Student’s SAI
- Remaining need (from summary)
- Make fund sources available so I can for example see if a student with -2,000 remaining need was packaged with sub. loan.
Giving us more data options that cross other departments instead of pulling multiple reports and having to consolidate them together would be great and very time saving.
Financial aid MUST have other data to check compliance!
