Student Profile Gender Options

Hello, The gender options within the student profile are listed as male, female, or unknown. Is there a way we can honor students by allowing them to select an option that is something besides unknown? Even “other” honors our students identities better than unknown. Thank you!

  Dominique Highfil - Populi's built in gender options comply with NCES  You can add additional options in Account Settings > Customizations > Additional Gender options.

  Hey Dominique, 

  I don't work for Populi but this is available to Site Administrators. 

  

  Have your Site Administrator click on their name, Click "Account & Settings" -. "Account Settings" -> Customizations, you can add gender options.  Unknown is literally for those who are unknown.
