Comments on Posts in "Groups"

Good morning! I would be interested in Groups having the capability to have only admin and moderators be able to make Bulletin Board posts, but for all members to be able to comment on posts. We use the Group feature to communicate with students about community events. We don't want all students to be able to post, but it would be helpful if they could respond to posts with comments. Thank you!
