Like the tuition charged automated descriptions where courses are listed in parentheses when looking at the Financial > Billing > By Term > Charges reporting section for any term, we would like refund automated descriptions to list the course it is associated with as well. We finally were able to create an MS Excel coded report based off this Populi report and the Enrollments report that ties Departments to Courses, but without this addition, we will NEVER be able to fully get the correct revenue for Department without manual intervention for every refund listed for tuition charged to more than one course.
Below is a screenshot of an example where we can't determine without manually going into this student's record and doing more research which course the refund is tied to (BIO 101 or HUM 228).
