Attendance (not required) option when classes don't meet

When classes don't meet such as during Fall Break, it still looks like attendance needs to be taken. Add an option to the attendance page to not require attendance to be taken so that there is not confusion. You certainly don't want to mark students absent but marking them all present can be confusing as well.
