Course Evaluation: Report which includes total number of students on roster

At our school, I prepare the course evaluation reports for faculty. Rather than going into Populi, looking at the course evaluation report, and doing a print to PDF, it would be great if there was a way to produce a PDF report, ideally one that includes the total number of students on the roster. This was requested by a couple of our faculty members here. Thanks!
