This feature could be used in any field that contains time sensitive data, but it would be primarily useful for Student Contact Info. Much like you can see when a user was last online, it would be helpful to see when their information was last updated, and it would be even better if we could see which fields were changed or removed (similar to a private log of profile data/activity for admins to view).

Adam Sentz Alexander King - Just in case you haven't seen it - check out the change log on the Activity Feed by changing the Show selector to Changes.
