Add individual defaults for terms

Please add there be a way for individual users to select the term that Populi defaults? We are currently using four different terms. It would be great if different users could specify the term that Populi opens. For example, I frequently view the 2021-2022 Community Education term, but another staff member views the term 2021-2022 Bay Area Primary Blended term. However, the term auto populated is 2021-2022 Portland Primary Blended term. This is frustrating and can be problematic when faculty is updating their specific term (ex: 2021-2022 Bay Area Primary Blended) then reverts to the 2021-2022 Portland Primary Blended term.
