Alternatives to Transfer Credits

If we award credits to students for Prior Learning Experiences or Advanced Standing credits to master's level students for advanced work accomplished as an undergrad, there is no way to classify those credits except as "Transfer Credits."  We would be elated to have a "drop down" menu that allows institutions to note the "type" of credits

-Advanced Standing Credits

  One way around this that we use at our institution is to simply add them in as transfers and call the transfer institution "Recognition of Prior Learning", so that it is obvious on the transcript where the credit hours come from.
