We need to see the actual number of credits that was used to calculate the semester and cumulative GPA for a student. It doesn't appear on the transcript or the student transcript screens.
1. I know that many of the other schools that use Populi do not have athletic reporting issues. We need to be able report GPA credits.
2. Advising and helping students understand their GPA or figure out what it will take to improve their GPA to regain athletic eligibility, be removed from academic probation, or meet graduation requirements is way to complicated.
Calculating a GPA requires gymnastics, backing out in progress courses, pass/fail credits, repeats, etc., that students and advisors shouldn't have to do. Especially because the number is in the system already, just not displayed.
