Make a feature request option while logged into Populi

Hi, can the "Verify Text Messaging Number" be removed from our first login. We are not using it and even though it asks for a US/Canada number and there is an option to skip some of our students are still using it with their local Bahamas number and they end up not getting into their account since they keep waiting to get a text message that will never come.
