Please consider adding a "pending" option in the FA Award that is visible to students. As of now, the status selection only allows "set up"(invisible to students) to Offered. A pending status should be added and visible to students so they can see the amount that was requested and will avoid the late fee/payment overview in their account. It will also let our financial office know they have aid on the way. If we select "Offered" or "Accepted", that would be incorrect and deceiving for students that since we do not know until the govt notifies us if it is accepted. "Pending" will give that in between/waiting period for the FA to come. It will be available to all to see to avoid any confusion and late fees. Please consider this option or if you have another suggestion, that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
