Add 'Edit Communication Plan' under Scheduled Events

Is it possible to add 'Edit Communication Plan' under Communications -> Scheduled Events, under the list of the 'Actions'.

It has 'Remove Communication Plan' already, request for 'Edit Communication Plan'
