Add "To Dos" to Form Submissions

Instead of just sending an email notification for submitted forms, it would be more helpful to add a To-Do to someone to process the form.

  I agree - it would be helpful to be able to have "to do" lists for applicants/prospects to check off in the admissions process.

  Upvoting as well - we are starting to use forms for admissions and a common use case is deferment, which has to be linked to a person after the fact, and then the application data updated - so a step after the form review, and if the staff doesn't remember the actions to take on form submission, then error accumulate - having a to-do as a notification option reduces errors in our use case.
