Pending Charges - ability to invoice/delete some and not all or nothing

It would be nice if we had the ability to choose to invoice some of the pending charges and leave others still pending.  Sometimes, for instance, during enrollment, there may be also late fees that need to be applied among all the tuition, room & board, matriculation, etc.  All I want to invoice are the late fees but the way the Pending Charges are set up currently, it is an all or nothing choice.  If there was the ability to choose just the late fees and leave the others alone (as still pending), it would be wonderful.  A box on the far left side of each entry to choose those and then invoice them.  Thank you for the consideration of this request.
