Problem
- Currently, when we upload files to a person's profile, it will show up only in the Activity Feed. This creates clutter and makes searching for files a hassle as you scroll down a list, and depending on how new the person is, it can take a lot of time.
Solution 1
- Take uploaded content out of the Activity Feed and sit them in their own viewable grid layout next to the Activity Feed. Right now, there is a ton of blank space in the Activity Feed tab.
Solution 2
- Take uploaded content out of the Activity Feed and create an additional tab next to Admissions called 'Files'. Allow users to add file groups, tags, and descriptions. Add an option to view the file list in a grid or list format. Creating a dedicated tab like this could also allow more opportunities to search for users based on their uploaded content in the Reporting tab -- file tags would be used to make searching for similar files across different users.
