We are looking for a Role that will allow our Admissions Advisors to enroll new students for class. Currently, the only role that allows this is the Academic Role. The issue with this is that all of our Admissions Advisors are also active students at our school. The Academics Role opens up abilities that students should not be able to have (such as viewing future course content, quiz answers, other student's grades, etc).
Any staff member that is also a student does have 2 separate logins, one for their staff profile and the other for their student profile. Obviously this role would only be assigned to their staff profile, however we would still prefer that they not have all of the abilities that the Academics role would allow.
If it's possible, we would like a role that allows our Admissions Advisors access to 2 areas: the Registration button on student's profiles, and also the Degree Audit (which is inside the Student button). The Registration option allows the Advisors to enroll them, and the Degree Audit will let the advisors see what classes would be best for the new student (many students transfer credits, so the class requirements vary from student to student).
