Bulk Student Refund Creation

In order to make student refunds when there is a credit balance, the refund has to be entered onto each student's account individually (unless there is a feature I'm missing, and if so PLEASE tell me about it).  It would be great if we could go to the student balances page, mark the students we wanted to give a refund to (with the ability to make adjustments to the amounts), and then apply that to their accounts in bulk instead of individual account entries.  That would save a TON of time and eliminate human error possibilities from the process.
