Please consider providing access to the billing address when retrieving the Student Balances Report, as well as the Checks Report. For small schools who are still issuing refund checks, it's important to have access to student billing addresses.
I have discovered that quite a few students are not able to receive mail at their home address. Return checks due to undeliverable addresses account for a large portion of our outstanding check volume. We have opted not to use debit cards or financial institutions to issue refunds due to federal regulations and the complexity involved. It would be a tremendous help to be able to retrieve the billing address as well as the primary address when running the Student Balances and Check Report.
