In the application form, we use a built-in answer type called "Online Reference" for the applicant to enter the email address of the person providing the reference and Populi to send an email to that person to fill out our Reference form. This works very well. See screenshot.
We have other similar use cases requiring the built-in answer type. For example, transcript request. We have been reusing Online Reference for other things not related to reference but the language is really confusing to the applicant. See second screenshot.
Could Populi provide a similar built-in with a generic language so that we can reuse it for multiple use cases?
