I am inquiring about the option to add multiple reply-to addresses within the Email Templates feature under Communications. I understand we have the option to add a CC/BCC address when sending the email though the goal would be to have it on the template prior to sending the email.

Joshua Aldape - Multiple reply-to addresses is not supported by most mail servers. If we allowed you to enter multiple reply-to addresses they'd be ignored by receiving email servers as invalid.

I know Populi allows us to reply to multiple recipients manually, but it would be incredibly helpful if there were a built-in "Reply All" option in the templates. This is a standard feature in most email servers, and it would save time, especially when staff members are out and someone else needs to step in.
This seems like a simple addition that could make a big difference in streamlining communication. Would it be possible to implement this
Raven Freebird - The ability to "Reply All" in an email client is predicated upon replying to a particular email. When you use an email template in Populi you are sending an email to a particular email address or group of addresses, but you are not replying to a prior email with a list of recipients to reply to.
