Disabling Download Function for Specific Files

With instructor access to publisher's resources, there is always content for viewing but not for downloading. I'd love to share the videos/animations that the publisher provides as used in the lecture PowerPoints, but they've made it clear that they are not to be distributed to the students. The feature request is to include the ability to selectively disable the download function for specific files, limiting it to just view-only mode.
