Populi API - provide ability to retrieve assignment due date and availability date exceptions

We have a script that auto-grades certain assignments using the Populi API calls.  We can access the availability and due dates for each assignment, but the API doesn't provide us a way to determine which students have been given availability and due date exceptions.  This information would be helpful so our scripts could ignore those assignments until that particular student's availability or due date exception was reached.
