The admissions department gets inquiries via emails, phone calls and via the form. We want to come up with a workflow so we can keep everything tracked in one place. Right now because the inquiries can only be added via form or manually, we have been using a spreadsheet to track our Emails and phone calls. Filling out the form is a pain when we already have everything in our email inbox.
It would be very helpful to have a dropbox we can send email or phone inquiries to so that all inquiries can be managed from within Populi. It would also be helpful if subsequent follow ups would get posted in the chain of communication.
