We have a yearly course starting on the first half of January.
When a student is accepted (most of the time it happens somewhere in December), we apply a specific pre-course communication plan. Of that plan, some of the emails are to be sent immediately, and some are to be sent in specific dates in December or January.
The only way it can work is if we set the "Past dates" of the January emails to "Send Event Next Year"
The problem is when a student is accepted after one of the set dates in January - we would want the student to get the past email immediately, but the settings can't be set ahead to that without sending the January emails immediately to the students accepted in December.
Of course, we can change it twice every year, but maybe you can add an option for a year to the set date, or some other tweak so that it can be more smooth?
