Add filter to Payments/Refunds report

It would be helpful to include the Paid By field (Student, Other Person, Organization) under the Record Payment dialogue box as a filter in the Payments/Refunds report page.  The page currently lists Person or Organization but does not distinguish between Student or Other Person.  Thanks!
