Final Grade Notification

At PTS, instructors are required to email the Registrar when the course gradebook is complete and ready to lock.  The Registrar then reviews the gradebook for completion and finalizes the course.  Some instructors think automatic notification is sent once they finalize grades.  Because notification is not automatic, the Registrar's Office has to contact instructors to ask if grading is finished .

It would be great if, in the course gradebook, Populi provided instructors an option that when selected Populi would email the Registrar that course grades are ready for review and to be finalized.
