Attendance Feature for Groups

We would like to use the Groups feature for drop-in tutoring support, student clubs, etc. It would be helpful to have an attendance feature so that we can track who has attended a meeting, and then to be able to see in the students' profiles if they have attended. This could be helpful if an advisor recommends that the student go to drop-in tutoring and then checks to see if the student followed through, for example.
