Sunsetting Groups

Our team would find it very useful to have an option to archive or retire a Group. There are two main reasons:
1. Some of our programs have cohorts that repeat each year and need the same resources, but we don't want to delete last year's group--partly to keep the record of how past cohorts' materials were set up, and partly in case the alums use the group to stay in touch.
2. In the case of an annual in-person seminar resources group, we don't want to just kick people out, as they might still use the group to stay in touch with current classmates, but we simply want to prevent future changes and set up a new one for summer 2026.
