Forms- Linked Fields option needs to be added

I am creating a form for students to submit to apply for Learning Accommodations. In the form, they will need to upload their documentation, and I need to link it to their Learning Accommodations under their student tab. Can you please add that option to Linked Fields in Forms? Thanks!
