I think it would be helpful if, when a student makes an online payment, Populi applied the payment to the oldest invoice first. If there are multiple invoices with the same date, it would be great if the payments were applied to the lowest invoice number first (really the oldest invoice on that date), rather than to the smallest amount first. As someone who likes things to stay orderly, the current method can be a little frustrating!

Rachel Frumkin Is it possible to create field on the student's "Pay Student Charges" page that is customizable? The goal is to have a dropdown selection in the payment section so that the payment can be specified as - rent, tuition, other - for any payments that come through someone else giving.
