IPEDS Reporting Filter

Due to the specific nature of new IPED'S reports (the ACTS report), it would be helpful if we are able within populi to combine the admissions side of filter building, with the registrar's more robust filter-building capabilities to see everything in one large report. It has taken myself and others hours and hours of time to drill down what IPEDS is now asking for.
