I love that the short answer questions have a grading notes section for the teacher. However, it would be helpful to have that section on all question types. For instance, even on true/false it would be helpful to have a place to indicate why it is false (if so desired). For multiple answer or even multiple choice, I like to have the page number referenced in case students have questions when an answer is marked wrong.

Adam Sentz Naomi Torberson - Sounds like you might be able to use the automatic Feedback option. The grading note only shows for the person who is manually grading questions which should never need to be done for True/False question (granted you can modify them and add comments on the individual test if desired). If you just set up Incorrect Feedback on those questions and allow students to see the Feedback on that test you might be all set.

Naomi Torberson Thanks for the comment. I'm familiar with the feedback option, but there are times I want to put notes for my own reference, not necessarily for the students to see. That's why I would prefer the grading notes option. Obviously, true/false is the type probably least likely to need them, but I still think it could be a helpful option for all question types.
