In Communications > Templates > Email Templates, I am interested in a way to determine which of our email templates are not currently in use, or more specifically, the most recent time each email template was sent to somebody. We would like to delete / retire those that are no longer needed, but it's not always clear who's using what.
I'm aware that we can report on communication events from the Communications > Scheduled Events report, but I'm particularly interested in the usage of stand-alone templates that are not used in Communication Plans.
If it's not feasible to create an entirely new filter function at Communications > Templates > Email Templates, maybe a "Sent" or "Used" condition for Email Templates could be added for Account Admins at Account > Reporting > Changes.
