Campus Notification Filter

I understand this can currently be managed using reporting tags, but it would be extremely helpful to have a simple toggle option when sending mass campus texts to include or exclude faculty. Most messages do not need to be sent to faculty, and having this option would help reduce unnecessary outreach and conserve our text allocation.
