Good Morning.
We use certain folders every semester and have to create them for every course. We would love to have the ability to Clone Folders, not just files, to streamline this process.

Paula M. Beauchesne When you are in a course files section ... "You can also import files from your Populi files or another course."
It will allow you to import individual files but not whole folders. I would have to recreate the folders then import the files into them, rather than just cloning all of it in one shot

Adam Sentz Paula M. Beauchesne - If you clone Files in a course the folders are included. Import works differently. Take a look at Course > Settings > Clone From Another Course. If you check Files there you get everything in Files from the other course. If you have further questions about this please reach out to Populi Support.

Paula M. Beauchesne I use a blank file folder (with subfolders) every semester that I set up that it is not visible to students for teachers to upload completed work and exams. I have to set this up for every course each semester.
I tried creating a "master" file in the main files section of Populi that I could use to import, so I wouldn't have to create a new folder and subfolders for every course.
Even if I wanted to copy the folder from a previous course and delete the files inside, it doesn't recognize files that are only visible to faculty and staff.
I did speak to Stephen about this as well, before posting.
