Automated emails should include attachments

Automated emails don’t tell you if there’s a pdf or photo attached to a post, whether it’s from a course bulletin board or home page. This sometimes is very important, and generally people read the populi quick notification rather than opening the whole web page. Even just a little note at the bottom that says “includes attachment” would fix this problem.
