Hello! I have a question about monthly invoices that our institution gets in Populi (so not invoices that *we* send via Populi)
- Is it possible to get a range of invoices downloaded as an Excel sheet (e.g. Sept to Aug?)
- Is it possible to have the student’s degree and tags appear in the invoice or Excel sheet?
I ask because the Montreal School of Theology comprises two colleges, and once a year I have to go through and figure out how many of charges in Populi were for students from college A and how many were from college B and charge each college accordingly. For the last two years, I have printed each monthly invoice and then figured out which student was which college, and then counted things up manually (I supposed I could have copied/pasted all the invoice lines into Excel). But there must be a better way. If you could make an institution's monthly invoice in Populi a little more flexible (rather than just a downloadable monthly PDF) it would be helpful.
